Viacheslav Musiienko is a native of Kyiv. He graduated with honours from the National Aviation University, after which he worked at an aircraft factory and later studied at the graduate school of the Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS). Viacheslav holds a PhD in economics, having worked in leading NAS institutes and engaging in technological forecasting. He also did an internship in scientific centres in Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany on a UNESCO scholarship. Viacheslav has more than 70 scientific publications. Since 1989, he has been training senior and middle managers. Viacheslav is an honorary citizen of the city of Austin (USA). In 2000, Viacheslav
and his wife Iryna founded the Sport-Elite equestrian club, which includes a children’s
riding school. Since the beginning of the full-scale war between Ukraine and Russia, the club has been organising charitable day camps for the children of military personnel
and evacuees from Mariupol. Horses belonging to the club also take part in hippotherapy
programmes for injured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
