Poet and academic James Fountain continues to edit and introduce Joseph Macleod’s vital texts for a contemporary audience. The Drinan Trilogy (2012) was followed by the groundbreaking critical volume Hidden Sun: The Poetry of Joseph Macleod (1903-1984) (2022), which also includes two short essays by Andrew Duncan, and the most recent well-received volume The Ecliptic (2023) – all published by Waterloo Press.
